Okay, so what is the catch right?

Here it is:  In lieu of a large up front cost to develop a website you pay a little higher monthly hosting fee instead, a fee that includes training, support, website building, graphics, SEO and more.  A hosting fee is something you'll have to pay anyway - at least if you want an environment that can hold a dynamic website.  So why not take that "anyway" cost and get more?

How much a month?  $60/month.

I know what you are saying: "Hosting doesn't cost $60/month".  And you are correct.  But remember, you are getting MUCH MUCH more than just hosting, and this fee encompasses it all.

This model of cost is easily written off as a business expense and doesn't place any company at cash flow risk since $60/month is all you'll be out at any given time, versus thousands of dollars for development, plus monthly maintenance, plus changes, plus support, plus trainiing, plus + plus + plus... whew! I'm already worn out.  And that is what can happen to your bank account going in this direction.
