Maintenance plans allow for clients to receive a reduced development rate and receive help only when needed.  This makes for a very affordable and flexible way to control your costs and get focused outsourced I.T. help as needed.

The best way to look at it is like prepaid I.T. support.

Normal development rates start at $75/hour for non-hosted clients, and $60/hour for hosted clients.  However with a maintenance plan the rate is reduced to $40/hour.

With a maintenance plan 3 and 1/3 hours of time, now gets you 5 hours of time.

Maintenance plans require a minimum $200 deposit, the balance of which will be reduced as services are rendered.  Services include anything from detailed email responses, phone support, hands-on help, and the addition or installation of applications.  Time spent on any request is simply deducted against the balance, and YOU control when that time/money is spent.

When the balance is exhausted, then simply deposit another $200 to enjoy the reduced rate.  The remaining balance is never lost only used.  So for example if there is a remaining balance at the end of any given month, this balance DOES carry over and CAN BE used at anytime in the future.
